Our Egg Noodles

Where to find them

You can find our full range of egg noodles at the Barossa Farmers Market each Saturday 7:30-11:30am and are also available at Barossa Fresh in Nuriootpa and Tanunda Foodland.

You can also find our Traditional Range (Fine, Ribbon & Spaghetti) throughout South Australian Foodlands, IGAs and Woolworths stores.

Our Organic Range and Spelt Range can be found at various Drakes stores, Frewville and Pasadena Foodland, and some specialty fruit and veg stores in Adelaide.

Please get in touch via email if you are interstate to South Australia. We have a small number of interstate stockists and we would be happy to point you in the right direction. Otherwise, please head to our online store page (click “Buy Online” in the top menu), where you can purchase our products directly from us.

Traditional Ribbon

A wide, generous noodle that is very versatile in the kitchen. It goes perfectly with stroganoff, bourguignon, or ragu sauce.

Traditional Spaghetti

Our spaghetti is medium in thickness. It is perfect for Asian stir-fries, broths, and ramen like dishes.

Traditional Fine

These noodles are traditional German soup noodles. Ask any Barossan, and they will say that these belong in your best chicken noodle soup recipe! But they work just as well in a delicious miso broth with dumplings.

Organic Chilli

If you don’t mind a bit of spice, these organic chilli noodles have a great kick. We use premium certified-organic chilli powder and flakes in our recipe to ensure its not just spice, but great flavour too. These are great in a prawn pasta with garlic, lemon and parsley.

Organic Original

A wide, generous noodle made with certified-organic Laucke flour. These noodles are very versatile in the kitchen and go perfectly with your favourite pasta sauce.

Organic Black Pepper

We use premium certified-organic cracked black pepper to give these ribbon noodles the best flavour. These noodles are perfect for a creamy pasta dish. Head to our recipe page for ‘cacio e pepe’ – delectable pasta with a creamy, cheesey, peppery sauce.

True Spelt

Spelt is considered as a low yielding, ancient grain that hasn’t been modified over the years of commercial farming. Due to its different structure, spelt flour can be enjoyed by some gluten-intolerant individuals (note: spelt is NOT coeliac friendly). We love our spelt ribbon noodles for their nutty and wholesome flavour!
